Hot Stone Therapy

A specialized pregnancy table with an abdominal recess enables the mom-to-be to lay prone for full stretch and release of all neck and back musculature.

Thai Massage

An ancient form of body work, Thai massage is designed to create deep levels of relaxation, energize the body, mind and spirit, open tight joints and increase flexibility using slow rhythmic compression and stretching. Massage is applied on a mat on the floor or on the table.

Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu massage is one of the oldest form of Chinese medicine healing with the hands. Mild stretching is incorporated into this session.
