Meditation
This class is a one-hour experiential class for beginning meditation. It includes a discussion on the body's energy, questions and answers, and a meditation practice. Classes are weekly for 4 weeks.
Reiki Certification
Reiki means universal life force and is a simple hands-on healing method based on the Traditional Usui System of Natural Healing. Levels I, II, and III are offered.
Ama-Deus Healing
Ama-Deus, which means "to love God", is an indigenous healing method of Brazil. Students learn to work with sacred symbols and the breath to heal self and others. Consists of Levels I and II.
Basic Astrology and Your Birth Chart
This course introduces each person to their unique energies reflected in their birth chart. The energies of the planets, signs and houses are studied in weekly classes over a period of 4 weeks and are related to each person's chart.
