Spa Policies

We ask for a 24 hour notice of cancellation for all appointments so we may offer the service to another client. Failure to honor this policy may result in forfeiture of gift certificate. Repeated failure to honor this policy will result in having to reserve with a credit card.

When scheduling 3 or more services, a credit card is required to hold your reservation. Failure to honor our cancellation policy will result in a 50% charge.

There is a $30 fee for any returned check.

Gift Certificates must be used within 6 months of issue date.

We love children! However, for your relaxation, as well as our other client’s, children are not permitted in treatment areas.

Cell phones and pagers should be turned off while in the spa. Cell phone use is not permitted in treatment areas, as this disrupts your treatment and the quite atmosphere we strive to achieve.

We recommend you arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are late, we will make every effort to provide the service you scheduled. However, we may have to cut your treatment short to prevent disrupting other client schedules.

We can accommodate special parties. Please call in advance to discuss all your individual needs.
